Welcome to Batsu! We are committed to delivering your orders promptly and efficiently. Below is our shipping policy for orders within Pakistan.

Shipping Rates:

We offer same shipping rate for every customer for you convenience which is 250PKR.

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the selected services and order weight.

Order Confirmation:

We value our customer and their time, therefore before shipping any order we make sure to get confirmation from our customers. Once confirmation is done, order is send for the further process.

If he/she does not confirm their order via message or call, their order will be cancelled automatically.

Order Processing Time:

Orders are processed within 5 to 7 days after confirmation.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

Delivery Time:

Standard delivery takes 5 to 8 days business days, depending on your destination.

Delivery time may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, strikes or logistical delays.

Order Tracking;

Once your order is dispatched, a tracking number will be provided via email or SMS. You an track your order on the courier's website.

International Shipping
Currently, we only ship within Pakistan. International shipping may be offered in the future.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact our customer service team immediately.

We will initiate an investigation with the courier service to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct to avoid any delays or loss.

Return/Exchange Policy

If you need to return or exchange an item, please review our return and exchange policy for instructions.

Items must be returned in unused, unopened condition within the specified return period.
